This series helps students get involved with science and learn to apply their classroom learning to real-world problems. Revolving around the explorations of three teenage members of the Science Patrol, the programs try to “find the fun” that seems to be missing at Thunder Bay Amusement Park. Following the team through their explorations is a character who appears variously as Isaac Newton, Galileo, an astronaut, a French chef and other interesting people in order to bring physical science into the problem-solving process.
