Sorting through your own mail is hard enough. Finding junk mail for other people is almost impossible! Become aware of the latest scams, terminology and ploys used to target the elderly, and how you can protect your loved ones.

 

Cynthia Sich
Cynthia Sich began her career in consumer protection enforcement and education with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office Consumer Protection and Advocacy Section. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and graduate certificate in gerontology from the University of Arizona. In 2001, Ms. Sich relocated to Wisconsin to manage the State Bureau of Consumer Protection Green Bay Regional Office. She began her duties as director of the Summit County Office of Consumer Affairs in 2005.
