Keeping Our Children Safe is intended to help school staff successfully manage the needs of students with life-threatening food allergies. The video outlines ways to develop, implement and evaluate an effective action plan for these children, and teaches staff how to recognize symptoms as well as what emergency procedures to follow in the event of an allergic reaction.
