Calling young writers and illustrators! PBS 45 & 49 and the Emmy Award-winning PBS series Reading Rainbow invite children in kindergarten, first, second and third grades to create their own picture books for the Reading Rainbow 14th Annual Young Writers and Illustrators Contest. Prizes include DVD players, Reading Rainbow backpacks, DVDs and more.
