You may have heard that the nation is moving from analog to digital television technology, effective Feb. 17, 2009. On that date, all TV stations will stop broadcasting their analog signals and move to exclusively broadcasting digital TV (DTV).

The new system, which is already available, looks and sounds great, but the change raises
questions for a lot of people.
