Canton Forum speech
Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2008
How are local businesses adapting their cultures
to attract, retain and motivate employees of all ages in the
global economy? How do employers successfully work with employees
of the veteran, baby boomer, Gen X and millennial generations?
The Canton Forum addressed these questions in its Feb. 20 presentation.
Panel participants were Geoff Karcher,
founder and president, The Karcher Group; Susan Olivera, vice
president, human resources,
Aultman Health Foundation; and Traci Dunn, director of global
inclusion and talent acquisition, The Timken Company. The discussion
was moderated by Frank Tinus, dean of corporate and community
services, Advanced Technology Center, Stark State College of
Technology.
