Stan Hywet is hosting “Treemendous
Treehouses,” an event that welcomes local area architects
and artists to exhibit their skills. Though many designs
were submitted, only 11 were endorsed and funded for the
event. Each treehouse incorporates a feature of the Stan
Hywet grounds in its design, and is open to the public.
The event is open to the public
and continues through Oct. 31, 2007. Additional events for
children are yet to be announced, including Trick-or-Treehouse,
story time and sleepovers.
